Morphology of inflorescences, seeds, fruits and their identification; seedlings and different vegetation stages; quality, cropping systems and nutrient cycling; tests for N-release; symptomes of nutrient stress

Learning outcomes:

Familiarizing with crops at different growth stages; practical experience in nutrient cycling

short presentations/lectures
(Lab) exercises
calculation examples

Exam method:

Exercise Protocols: For each topic an exercise protocol has to be written.
These should be designed as a result protocol of the practical activities.

To successfully complete 7 of 10 protocols have to be submitted
