Students should acquire the bases of microbial plant protection:
+ recognize the most important factors leading to disease development
+ be familiar with entomological issues
+ consider the environmental factors essential for disease development and control strategies
+ understand essential considerations for the market introduction of microbial plant protecting agents
+ know several model organisms and products already introduced into horticultural production
Exam method:
active participation and the presentation of a selected topic will be evaluated
