Course content:

Deepening of knowledge in floristic analysis (knowledge of species, autecology, synecology, vegetation ecology).

Special excursions in floristics and vegetation science.

Expected previous knowledge:

Completion of courses for 831.101 Systematic Botany and 831.103 Vegetation Ecology. <br>Basic knowledge in: botany, systematics and vegetation ecology.

Learning outcomes:

After completion of the course the students are able to characterize certain ecological types of vegetation and know important indicator species.
The students are able to spot the main vegetation types and to describe floristical.

Exam method:

Mandatory participation on 3 dates of the field trips;
Performance: 1 daily report (per field trip)

Evaluation of the 3 daily reports
Active participation
