Course content:

determination of plant families and common plants of the herb layer of forest ecosystems; demonstration of the correspondence of established species and site characters in the field

Learning outcomes:

training of the determination of forest undergrowth at the species level; general knowledge about the indicator load of common species for forest site conditions

Exam method:

Participating in all 3 field excursions is required.
Oral exam, plants presented during the excursions have to be recognized and their main site characteristics known. One point for each correctly identified plant and site characteristics.
Points/grades:
1-5: 5,
>5-6,25: 4,
>6,25-7,5: 3,
>7,5-8,75: 2,
>8,75-10: 1
