Learning outcomes:
After successful completion of the course, the students have theoretical and practical knowledge of the basic principles of mapping procedures as a basis for assessments as well as of the assessment procedure itself. They are put in a position to plan different mapping procedures and to establish them as a basis for assessments. Their gained knowledge enables them to determine groups of indicators and methods. They are also enabled to evaluate with the help of criteria and characteristics and to illustrate the result of the assessment. On the basis of the political, socio-economical as well as practical aspects introduced in the course, the students are able to fundamentally and critically judge assessment procedures and to accordingly act in a responsible way.
Exam method:
Six questions (5 points each, 30 points overall) are being asked, which relate to the causal connections between the assessment procedure and planning areas. In part, situations are simulated, for which the students have to describe and justify possible courses of action from their point of view.
