Expected previous knowledge:
Attendance of the lecture (WS 2019/20) is of advantage but not obligatory for the excursions.
Learning outcomes:
Learning outcomes:
Participants will become acquainted with a landscape of longstanding settlement- and landuse tradition. They will aquire knowledge and a deeper understanding of landscape development, traditional landuse methods as well as the related landscape features. Hands-on activities in the open air museum will confront participants with ancient agricultural technologies, craft and processing methods of agricultural products in the historical context.
Teaching and learning methods:
Active participation and excursion records worked out in groups.
Exam method:
SS 2021: essay as a substitute for the excursions!
SS 2022: Excursion records (group protocols) will be evaluated in terms of correctness and completeness of the excursion topics.
