The class provides the theoretical background complementing the conservation genetic lab.
This class covers the theory of laboratory procedures that are trained during the lab and the computer based analysis of results. The class will focus on Genotyping using Microsatellites for plants or animals and their population genetic analysis as well as the basics for Next Generation Sequencing Analysis.
