Detailled overview about the most important soil mineralogical, - physical and -chemical parameters focussing their relation to plant growth. Overview about the most usual analytical methods in agricultural soil research as well as soil description, soil sampling in the field.

Learning outcomes:

Understanding of the function of agricultural used soils as basis for plant production. Knowledge about the most used analytical methods in the agronomical soil research as awell as about soil derscription in the field.
