Deepening of the contents of the lecture Organic farming Work on topics in co-operation with farmers, associations, certifying bodies, etc.

Methodological aims:ability to find, interpret, synthesize and present scientific contents on organic farming

Teaching and learning methods:

Instructions for writing a seminar work and for conducting a literature search; self-dependent work in groops; feedback on the progress of work
disposal of seminar works: hard-copy + e-mail to supervisor (juergen.friedel@boku.ac.at)

Exam method:

written (seminar work) and oral (participation in discussion, presentation of the seminar work)
Assessment criteria: quality of the essay (content, structure, layout), commitment during the working process, quality of the presentation
