Symbionten und Pathogene in der Rhizosphäre
Term Semester:
Spring/Summer
Instruction language(s):
German
Course content:
If presence is possible a field trip with sampling and consecutive analysis in the laboratory is planned.
Soil organisms (pathogens and symbionts) and their interactions with plants will be presented. A speciel focus will be on arbuscular mycorrhiza, fungal endophytes and soil-borne pathogens such as Fusarium and Gaeumonnomyces.
