Topics on current issues of Viticulture and Enology will be presented :
Winter semester : assignment of topics related to oenology
Summer term : allocation of topics related to viticulture
* Project-oriented team work in small groups of tow to three people is the desired goal
* The Project Group is actively engaged with their respective problem and work on it in a scientific-practical way.
* The Bachelor's thesis is to be professionally, application based, scientific oriented and 'rule- compliant ' worked out in good scientific practice in this lecture.
* Working on one of the projects is in coordination with the supervisor and includes project plan, activity report, final presentation and the bachelor's thesis.
* The Bachelor's thesis shall also include a reflection of the project, the project plan and personal experience of group dynamics.

Expected previous knowledge:
This course is in the 5th and 6th semester of study and should be attended and graduated in this after completing significant parts of agricultural science subjects. <br>.
