Course content:
- Regulatories concerning the hands-on-training
- Confirmation from the winery about the timeperiod of your internship (Praktikumsbestätigung)
- everyone has to hand in an internship report: short description of the wine region and the winery, report about the work during the internship, personal summary of your intership, confirmation of the timeperiod (about 10 pages)
- pesentation of your internship and your experience within the compulsory internship seminar (10-15 min)
- discussion within the group of student about different hands-on experience (learning be sharing knowledge)
Expected previous knowledge:
the following criteria has to be fullfilled:<br>- 8 weeks of internship on a winery with a workload of 40h/week<br>- confirmation of the winery about the timeperiod of your internship
Learning outcomes:
- students apply theri knowledge during a hands-on.training in a winery
- students collect practical knowledge and applications
- students connect their knowledge with practical work flows
- students talk about their personal experience within the internship seminar
- students discuss theri different expereinces and compare different vineyard management and vinification strategies

internship, presentaion of the internship, discussion and exchange of personal experiences

attandance, intership report, presentation within the siminar
