- realisation of a small scientific project within the winery in coordination with the winery and seminar responsible persons

- students apply their knowledge by working in a winery
- students work on a spedific scientific question during their internship and thereby apply their theoretical and practical knowledge
- students connect different viticultural and önological work procedures within the winery
