Course content:
The students will get valuable insight information about vineyard management and cellar technolgies from Austrian wine makers. Different aspects of quality grape production and processing are presented.
Please note: Due to the current corona situation the excursion of this semester consists of three virtual excursion days to Austrian vineyards held via Zoom. A final lecture in presence with the wine presentations is planned for the end of the semester. The final lecture will depend on the corona situation and following the regulations.
