Introduction to national and industrial structures in Fruit and Wine growing. Characteristic features and presentation of hobby and commercial fruit growing (extensive and intensive production). Important producing countries worldwide and national economic key features.

Production technological and biological basics in the production of fruit and grapes.

Important plant techniques in the producing sections.

Product use and commercialization.
Learning outcomes:
Aquired knowlegde and basic connection (production technology, economic and regional and cultural importance) to be understood in the fruit and wine growing production, active use, analysis and further ability of development.
