Learning outcomes:
students
- have knowledge of the influence of climatic factors on the physiological processes of the vine and the management quality; they can evaluate the potential impact of climate change on viticulture;
- are able to diagnose and evaluate abiotic and biotic stress factors in the vineyard;
- know significant contemporary invasive and non-invasive ecophysiological and climatological measurement methods and apply them;
- have in-depth knowledge in viticultural decision support-, cultur control-, and inventory valuation- and quality scoring-systems and know how to apply them.
