Course content:
The bases of olive and fruit production will be studied. Bases in morphology, phisiology and ecology of trees. Nursery plant techniques will be described and practiced. Specific particularities of agricultural techniques applied to fruit production will be studied: irrigation, fertilization, soil management, canopy management and harvest.

Learning outcomes:
The students will be able to determine the most important aspect of olive and grapevine production. They will be able to use the agricultural techniques for profitability and environmental respect.

Written exam and practical exam. English can be used for exams.
