1- Ecosystems and agrosystems
2- Technicals determinants of sustainability. Yield Gaps.
3- Contextualization of cropping systems: integrated agriculture (incl. agroecology and conservation agriculture); organic agriculture. yields, land and yield equivalent ratios. Intensification of cropping systems.
4- Farms and farming systems: a) genetic diversification; b) temporal and spatial diversification (incl rotations; intercropping). EU Directives.
5- Farms and farming systems: water; nutrients. Water Directive. EU Nitrate regulation. Response agriculture in agrosystems.
6- Geo-apatial and Operational levels in cropping systems.
