Course content:
The course has two sections. The first one referred to principles of bioenergy and the second one referred to the sustainable management of bioenergy.
Expected previous knowledge:
Students should have basic knowledge in Geographic Information Systems.
Learning outcomes:
At the end of this course, students should be able to interpret input data relevant to the field of bioenergy to present a consistent overall picture of a territory, be able to couple biomass conversion technologies with biomass resource characteristics following principles and current rules of sustainable bioenergy and be able carry out assessment studies of bioenergy potential at different levels, from farm to territory level.

Exam method:
